I was the Account/Design Manager for this brand within the previous company I worked for. Contempo is a clothing store that makes use of off-the-shelf plug in shopfitting. Contempo does a yearly soft revamp in order to stay current.

Responsibilities:

Develop construction details that comply with the overall design intent

Research materials and construction methods

Design products such as shoe displays and handbag displays

Design development and value engineering

Produce full working drawings and details

Liaise with , landlords, client and contractors, client and contractor meetings

Site survey and snagging

Ensuring quality control

Co-ordinate and manage the design between the various design phases and people

Space planning

Making use of computer-aided drafting
