My Honours Project: These are 36m² compact pavilion-type housing that accommodates one student.  This site is located in Pretoria and is owned by UNISA. The dwelling creates the opportunity to personalize the space and create individual control in a multi-functional space. The dwelling is dynamic inside as it is outside providing the user with 360 degree views. The playful branding is taken through the interior to the exterior. The structure and the materials were chosen specifically to be dismantled, reused or recycled. Interior 3D's done by me. Exterior 3D's by Stephan Botha
